Wayne Almond is an Arkansas native. He lives in Bull Shoals with his wife Pam and their two golden retrievers Pete and Duke. Active in community service, Wayne is a retired fire chief with 25 years served in the fire department. He also has served on the planning and zoning committee and the Bull Shoals Park Board.

Together with his Lead Carpenter, Chester Hoyle they have over 140 years of experience.
